Located at our home in Grappenhall, Cheshire, we have a wide variety of samples at our purpose built Home Office Studio. We welcome visitors by appointment only. One of the best decisions we have ever made was to relocate our office from the study in our home to a dedicated purpose built Home Office Studio at the rear of our property. This was Neil’s Lockdown project during 2020.

Bastille from Ethos in Reed Green
We have the timeless, classic 5 piece door, Bastille from Ethos in Reed Green. With its range of on-trend Legno finishes and its beautifully crafted beaded shaker design, Bastille is the perfect balance between classic and contemporary door styles. The cabinets are Lancashire Oak, which perfectly complements the warmth of Reed Green. With a bespoke MDF mantle finished with a Reed Green cornice, this area is practical, housing the Elica Lane canopy extractor and has bespoke shelving for your all important knick knacks, creating a striking feature. The work surface is Ethereal Glow Silestone by Cosentino, showcasing veining, in elegant shades of gold and grey, blending into a nuanced white background. Continuing the splashback in Ethereal Glow creates a sleek, seamless aesthetic, bringing a modern finish to a traditional kitchen. The Neff induction hob has flexible cooking zones, a twist touch to control the hob and has Home Connect.
With Liberty handles in Brushed Satin by Hendel & Hendel and a Qettle 4 in 1 Gold boiling tap, the colour palette favours warmth, with nature inspired hues. A stainless steel Caple wine cooler is built into the peninsular, making sure the wine is always served cold!
Rivington in Cashmere by Trade Mouldings
This kitchen display showcases a little bit of luxury, containing a cocktail cabinet and a brew station/butlers pantry.
The doors are Rivington in Cashmere by Trade Mouldings. Rivington is a sleek and contemporary 5 piece shaker door in a durable MDF, with a PVC foil wrap featuring a smooth matt finish and 75 mm stile. The stylish Stori Black Nickel square knobs and cup handles elevate the look of this kitchen. With Silestone Persian White work surfaces in a suede finish, the blend of fine, even veins in creamy tones, adds warmth and luminosity making it ideal for any space. Continuing the Persian White quartz work surface into the butlers pantry and cocktail cabinet, ensures this kitchen is both functional and stunning.
This display features a Chrome Quooker Fusion Round boiling tap with a Pro 3 tank. The Fusion combines all water functions in one tap; instant 100 degrees boiling water, hot and cold. The sink is Clearwater Siena Quarsil 1.5 bowl in Polar White, with a stainless steel waste to match the boiling tap. Housing an integrated Neff dishwasher and 2 compartment bin, this design has practicality balanced with beauty and elegance.
The brew station/butlers pantry interior is Natural Lancaster Oak and features a built-in microwave, storage shelving and a space for the essential coffee machine, ensuring we have freshly brewed barista-style coffee available at all times!
The cocktail cabinet interior is Oak and features glass shelves, a wine rack holder, wine glass rails, perfectly framed with an Antique Bronze mirror. Cocktail anyone? It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!
Arrington by Stori in Lava
The island display features the beautiful, timeless, mock in-frame Arrington door by Stori in Lava which enriches any space with a perfect balance of elegance, functionality, and warmth. Arrington is an understated narrow shaker style, suited to both classic and contemporary settings. Its natural ash grain combined with a subtle line detail on the outer door frame adds richness to its design. The bold, intense tones of Lava are perfect for those who seek a kitchen with depth and drama, creating a warm yet refined atmosphere. Lava’s deep hue brings a timeless character to the space, offering a rich, classic charm that feels inviting and enduring.
The Dekton Awake Gloss work surface, with thick veining and gradients of light greys and creams, luscious rusty terracotta and subtle inky blues, creates a stunning display. The downstand provides an additional impressive element to this display.
The island has the all essential stool seating, making this area the hub of any home. Croft & Assinder Monmouth knobs in American Copper and a Dark Artwood Kronospan display cabinet, perfectly complement the warmth of this colour palette.
The island features an Elica Nikola Tesla Velvet Venting Hob, the epitome of kitchen excellence. Its sophisticated texture conceals a powerful air extraction system, activated with a simple flick of the central flap. With base unit pull outs either side of the pan drawer, this is convenience and practicality at its peak. A place to store your cooking essentials – herbs, cooking oils, tea towels.
Above the island is a bespoke MDF bulkhead with LED lighting, which creates a visual balance to the island below, adding another statement to this kitchen display.
BA Segreto in Supermatt Rusty Red
The Segreto door from BA is made from 18mm MDF with a vinyl wrapped surface. Featured in our display in Supermatt Rusty Red, this door is available in over 60 colours, matt and gloss. These smooth slab doors create a minimalist aesthetic which defines the modern kitchen. Dark Brushed Steel handles continue the minimalist, sleek trend making the doors effortless to open. This display is timeless and sophisticated, demonstrating practicality & elegance go hand in hand. Housing all your essential kitchen appliances, this display shows how easy it is to have all you need in this space.
Featuring a NEFF single oven, a compact oven with microwave function and warming drawer all finished with graphite grey trims, they coordinate perfectly with the Dark Brushed Steel handles. This display showcases elegance and functionality, with access to Home Connect. Home Connect is an advanced platform that simplifies the remote monitoring and control of your smart home appliances. With just a few taps in the app, you can start, stop, select programs, or set timers, receiving push notifications when tasks are complete. With access to recipes, exclusive features and practical appliance solutions, this makes your life so much easier. With a NEFF larder freezer and Bosch larder fridge located in this display, with storage above and pan drawers below, this display really packs a lot in!
We hold a wide range of sample doors from Stori, Ethos, Trade Mouldings and BA, along with colour swatches and finishes, from legno (wood grained) to a matt finish. If we don’t have the combination of style, colour and finish that you are looking for, that’s easily rectified. We can get a sample door made just for you.

If you would like to view the samples in larger slabs, we can arrange an appointment for you at their brand new flagship store in Manchester city centre, which is easily accessible by train.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was to relocate our office from the study in our home to a dedicated purpose built Home Office Studio at the rear of our property. This was Neil’s Lockdown project during 2020.
Neil built the office himself with the help of Terry Concrete (that’s what our family call him!) who laid the foundations. The plastering and electrical work was completed by the same tradesmen we use for our kitchen installations.
Rubber4Roofs supplied the roofing items and Neil spent many a day on the roof ensuring it was installed correctly. As it’s a family affair, the youngest child offered to varnish the wood (for a small fee of course!) and it turned out he was quite good at this job.
We have been able to pack so much into this space from sample doors to worktops and handles.
We have a wide range of sample doors from Stori, Ethos, Blossom Avenue, Mackintosh and Jigsaw, along with all the colour swatches and finishes, from legno (wood grained) to a matte finish. If we don’t have the combination of style, colour and finish that you are looking for, we can get a sample door made just for you. Our kitchen display shows a mix of traditional shaker doors, displaying Fenwick by Ethos in Taupe, Melrose also by Ethos in Stone Grey, and a more contemporary flat slab matte door in Indigo.

Neil’s desk is made from the most beautiful piece of 20mm Laurent Dekton with a Bronze Antique Mirrored splashback, to complement the colours. The sink run and full length splashback are Silestone’s Calacatta Gold with a matching integrity sink. We have a vast number of quartz and Dekton samples to view and they can also be taken home to see how they would look in your space. If you are still undecided on your chosen worktop, we can arrange an appointment at Cosentino in Trafford Park so you can view the quartz or Dekton in large slab form to help you make a decision. Laminate and solid wood samples can also be viewed during your visit to our office. The Qettle boiling tap dry display and selection of colour finishes is also
on show.
A recent addition to the office is our TV wall, with a little help from The Panel Company supplying us with acoustic slatted Natural Oak panelling, and the addition of LED backlighting. A perfect setting to view your design presentation.
