We found Grappenhall Kitchens after asking for recommendations on local Facebook pages. Prior to visiting their new showroom we looked at their website which was very detailed. We particularly liked that they gave approximate prices for different sized kitchens as this gave us a rough idea what price bracket our project would fall into. We also wanted an internal wall removing and GKC took care of this, providing structural engineers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers.

We were so impressed that we asked them to appoint a decorator and someone who could lay our new floor. Everyone worked so hard for us but a special shout out goes for Nathan and his team of fitters who could turn their hand to anything, and worked exceptionally long hours. We’d also like to mention Ryan from RRJ Flooring who was determined to get our previously uneven floor perfectly level, and after much hard work he succeeded.

Any problems that did crop up during the project were dealt with promptly.

Many of the different trades people commented to us on how much they enjoy working for Neil and Carole, and more than one said that GkC are the best kitchen company in the area.

We are loving our new kitchen diner and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending GKC.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and utility room, which were designed to make the best use of a new extension. Neil’s design was carefully planned and responsive to my requirements. Excellent coordination with my builder and finished to a very high standard. The whole staff were very helpful and slight niggles were promptly dealt with.

What a great company. My job was relatively small but they still delivered an exceptional service. When I did have an issue after my worktops and appliances had been installed they responded quickly and sorted out the minor problem.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. It wasn’t a straightforward renovation as some units and the counters were staying. Neil understood the brief well, and found clever and stylish solutions for us. The tradesmen were all very professional and polite. Neil is an excellent project manager and even helped source all our new appliances. The kitchen looks great and the new lay-out is more practical.
