The finished kitchen is actually quite different from what we originally had planned and the team were incredibly patient, despite us changing our minds numerous times.

The project had a few challenges, including a steel beam running through the space, and a soil pipe that needed to be incorporated into the design less than a week before the fitting was taking place. Grappenhall Kitchens came up with bespoke solutions for both issues, and the fitters did a fantastic job adapting everything on site. They also built a bespoke casing on site to hide some pipes above the boiler cupboard. The end result looks seamless.

The fitters’ attention to detail was excellent. When they returned to sort a snag, they weren’t happy with the quality of the replacement piece that had been supplied, so they ordered another one rather than fitting something they felt was below standard.

Big shout out also to RRJ Flooring who we used on Grappenhall Kitchens’ recommendation . The workmanship was excellent, and his attention to detail really shows.

Overall, we’re very happy we chose an independent company. The service felt personal from start to finish, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the whole team clearly takes pride in what they do.

Fantastic kitchen design and install – from initial conversation based on an architects drawing to completion some 12+ months later, Neil and team have been great in particular installation team who worked many hours getting it ‘just right’.

Really happy with the end result – the kitchen is great quality and functions so well for us as a busy family.

We found Grappenhall Kitchens after asking for recommendations on local Facebook pages. Prior to visiting their new showroom we looked at their website which was very detailed. We particularly liked that they gave approximate prices for different sized kitchens as this gave us a rough idea what price bracket our project would fall into. We also wanted an internal wall removing and GKC took care of this, providing structural engineers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers.

We were so impressed that we asked them to appoint a decorator and someone who could lay our new floor. Everyone worked so hard for us but a special shout out goes for Nathan and his team of fitters who could turn their hand to anything, and worked exceptionally long hours. We’d also like to mention Ryan from RRJ Flooring who was determined to get our previously uneven floor perfectly level, and after much hard work he succeeded.

Any problems that did crop up during the project were dealt with promptly.

Many of the different trades people commented to us on how much they enjoy working for Neil and Carole, and more than one said that GkC are the best kitchen company in the area.

We are loving our new kitchen diner and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending GKC.

Fantastic job on our kitchen renovation by Grappenhall Kitchen Company. From day one Neil was helpful and knowledgeable and helped us conceptualise our new plans to update.

Carole and the team made the admin side of the work easy and no job was too hard or too small for Neil and the kitchen fitters to adapt and work around. The whole team are friendly and professional and we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen. Thanks guys !
