We may be new online but we’ve been fitting kitchens for over 30 years. One of the reasons we chose our company name was because it says where we are and what we do. We have a great affinity with the area and wanted to play a bigger part in our local community. We will give you attention to detail and a personalised approach that a large company would struggle to provide. We live and work locally and want to provide the best service that we can to you.

Try us out – book a home consultation. If the service we are offering is not for you, then we won’t progress it any further, although we always welcome customer feedback so we can constantly improve our services.

We understand that sometimes customers like to see the different kitchen ranges available rather than looking through a brochure. Not a problem – we stock plenty of samples at our Home Office and our local manufacturing company has a showroom where you are able to view different kitchen displays. We are more than happy to make an appointment and escort you around the showroom. If you would like to see the quartz or granite on a larger scale, then our Fabricator will arrange an appointment for you and accompany you around the Cosentino showroom. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and make your choices!

Once you have decided on your new kitchen, appliances and worksurfaces we start to make arrangements for order and delivery of your items ready for installation. Manufacturers confirm items are available or may be available in the near future and we agree delivery dates. Even when ordered in a timely fashion, manufacturers on occasion run out of stock due to high demands, which we may not be aware of until the week before your installation. If this happens we will try to obtain the goods as quickly as possible but it may result in either a delay on some parts of your delivery or we may ask you to choose alternative appliances.

We schedule all your work but as most businesses are recovering post COVID 19 lockdown, timescales may vary due to the availability of tradesmen, appliances, kitchen furniture and supplies.

We will endeavour to adhere to the schedule as much as is reasonably practicable but some changes/situations are beyond our control. Examples would be an appliance delivery is delayed/out of stock, a tradesman has had to self isolate or the manufacturers are unable to deliver the kitchen furniture on previously agreed dates.

We will always do our utmost to complete your kitchen as quickly as we can.

Yes, we will always work with you to arrange a convenient appointment time.

It takes approximately 1 hour but it may take longer depending on the size of your kitchen, if you are requiring additional work such as removing a wall and if you require inspiration about the style/colour of your kitchen and work surfaces. This is our opportunity to fully understand what you need, how the space will work for you and discuss ideas.

We will provide you with door and work surface samples to help you make those crucial decisions.

The fun part happens next! Once your design is ready we arrange for you to visit our Home Office to demonstrate our CAD of your new kitchen. This is the opportunity to tweak and change your design so it’s perfect for you.

Yes this is available.

Following your Design Presentation at our Home Office any minor changes will be made by the designer so the design of your new kitchen meets your requirements. There are no charges for the initial design (with minor changes if required) as this is part of the service we provide. There is an additional cost for any further designs, which would be deducted from your overall project costs if you decide to choose our company to install your new kitchen.

We always ensure we are value for money and that we are competitively priced. We recommend quality products, for example, Neff appliances and Cosentino work surfaces, but we will always work with you to ensure your kitchen is affordable to you. Typically, kitchens that we design and install vary from £18,000 to £40,000 (including VAT, appliances, work surfaces, general preparation work and installation). Building work, if required, would be an additional cost.

If you are looking for our design services only, then we are more than happy to do this. The price will be dependent on the size of your project and we will confirm the price following our home consultation. The price includes one design, photo-realistic 3D visuals as we use Winner Design CAD and a list of all the cabinetry required to order your kitchen. Of course, if you would like several designs to choose from, we are more than happy to accommodate this, which will be reflected in your price.

Let us know which style you are interested in and we will do the rest. As kitchen ranges are extensive, we only showcase some of these on our website.

Our furniture manufacturer is local.  The units are rigid built by our manufacturer unless the cabinet is too big for available access, then these will be built on site.

We inspect all products on delivery to ensure there has been no damage in transit. On the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged we will request an immediate replacement. This is assisted by a quality control code on each unit.

The kitchen cabinets and doors come with a 10 year guarantee. We use Blum hinges for their quality and durability which are guaranteed for the lifetime of your furniture.

Appliances purchased via GKC will have a manufacturer’s warranty (specific to the manufacturer) once registered by the customer. Appliances purchased by the customer are guaranteed for installation only.

All quartz work surfaces come with a guarantee once the customer has registered the warranty online. Silestone comes with a 25 year guarantee, Dekton and Natural Stone Quartz (NSQ) both have a 10 year guarantee. The kitchen installation warranty is 2 years, provided you use our installation team.

We love to show the transformation of your kitchen so we may use photos of your kitchen before work begins, during the project and your completed new kitchen. This may be on Facebook or Instagram, on our website, photobooks and other advertising methods. If you prefer us not to use photos of your kitchen, please let us know.

We pride ourselves on our after sales service and aim to resolve any issues with the product or installation ASAP. By contacting us, we will log the issue, book a convenient time to suit you and the fitter will call to do any remedial works if required. We aim to resolve any issues raised as quickly as possible but in the event of an unresolvable issue, you can refer your case to our nominated, independent, alternative dispute resolution provider. This is our commitment to ensuring excellent customer service.
