Stellar Enchantment
The time had finally come for this family to upgrade their inherited kitchen and utility spaces. They knew they wanted to make the rooms lighter and brighter with quartz work surfaces.
They settled on the Dylan shaker door by Ethos in Taupe. Dylan is a 5 piece shaker door with a matt finish. The simplicity of this door combined with the chunky T-bar handles in Brushed Nickel from Stori give this kitchen a contemporary vibe.
The work surfaces and upstands are Silestone Stellar Blanco by Cosentino. Silestone has a high resistance to scratches and stains and is low maintenance making it the perfect choice for a busy household. The glass splashback in Metallic Pewter is in keeping with the contemporary finish in the room. The Qettle Original tap in Chrome, which has 4 in 1 functionality & 100 degrees boiling water is practical and aesthetically pleasing.
The induction hob, single oven and combination microwave oven are all Bosch. High on the wish list for this family was a wine cooler so a 30cm stainless steel wine cooler was incorporated into the design.
The Dylan shaker doors and Silestone Stellar Blanco quartz worksurface is carried through into the utility which houses the white goods and a Hisense American fridge freezer. A small sink comes in handy for messy little hands, and coats and shoes are neatly stored away.
With all preparation work completed by our team, a door into the utility and an archway into the dining room were removed and the entrances widened, to create a sense of openness and space whilst still remaining as separate rooms. The LVT herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor exudes warmth, ensuring a cohesive feel to the spaces. This transformation combines functionality with stylish aesthetics to create a space that is perfect for everyday family living.
