No Laundry Day Blues Here
This utility room was part of a larger project including the kitchen after the customer undertook an extensive building project to her home. She now finally has her dream laundry/utility space.
To coordinate with the kitchen, the customer chose the Kassell door by Ethos but decided to go bold with a pop of colour in Antique Rose. Kassell is a handless J-pull door combining a perfect blend of practicality with a contemporary and sleek look, just what is needed in this busy household. The work surface and upstand is 20mm Dekton Kelya Natural by Cosentino, a tone inspired by dark marbles with light streaks.
The customer’s Samsung washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer are stacked to maximise floor space. The useful tall storage cupboards provide a home for the ironing board, mop and other cleaning and laundry paraphernalia. Leading off this room there is a shower room and toilet. We are affectionately calling this combined area a ‘Lootility’!
CLIENT REVIEW
I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and utility room, which were designed to make the best use of a new extension. Neil’s design was carefully planned and responsive to my requirements. Excellent coordination with my builder and finished to a very high standard. The whole staff were very helpful and slight niggles were promptly dealt with.
