What a great company. My job was relatively small but they still delivered an exceptional service. When I did have an issue after my worktops and appliances had been installed they responded quickly and sorted out the minor problem.

The Grappenhall Kitchen Company renovated our kitchen in December 2025, and we are delighted with the excellent service and project management. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule, and the tradespeople were very helpful and did a fantastic job.

Neil, Carole, Kim and Andrea helped us make the right choices, kept us updated, and resolved any minor issues quickly. It’s a friendly, family‑run business that clearly cares about its customers. We are delighted with our new kitchen. It wasn’t a straightforward renovation as some units and the counters were staying. Neil understood the brief well, and found clever and stylish solutions for us. The tradesmen were all very professional and polite. Neil is an excellent project manager and even helped source all our new appliances. The kitchen looks great and the new lay-out is more practical.

Grappenhall Kitchen Company has recently finished ‘project managing’ the comprehensive refurbishment of our kitchen – and we’re delighted with the results. Their involvement started at the design/measurement stage and subsequently progressed to the co-ordination of a plasterer, a plumber, an electrician and a kitchen-fitter. Their approach was professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process. All of the tradesmen involved were likewise highly skilled and kept unfailingly to the programme devised at the outset. In summary, we cannot recommend Grappenhall Kitchen Company too highly.

We were almost at a point of giving up having visited the ‘large’ and well known national kitchen companies – no one could seem to grasp the concept of designing a space suitable for our needs as a young family – we were then introduced to Grappenhall Kitchen Company and our enthusiasm for kitchens was re-invigorated. From the outset, Neil and Carole impressed us with their design skills and refreshing concepts. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble for Neil when there was an amendment or ‘tweek’ to be made – the finished product is brilliant and we’re absolutely made up with the end result. We have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Fantastic. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Neil, Carole and Andrea really go out of their way to ensure that the project was well managed from the design stage, giving suggestions on what might work in the kitchen but letting you make your own decisions. All the workmen did a fantastic job and to the highest standard. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and give them my highest recommendation.
